What to expect in class: James classes are alignment based, meditative, and community focused. Most importantly, he creates a safe space in which students can work to connect their emotional and physical energies with a like-minded community.
Three artists/genres that best reflect your playlists: Depends on the vibe of the day. Grateful Dead, Phish, Odesza, Tycho, Aphex Twin, Riley Lee are some that pop into my head.
Passions outside of yoga: Being an Uber driver for my pre-teen daughter and her friends to all their various events and social things :) Traveling, good restaurants, gardening, dogs and art museums.
